Pick you choice of a side or a total on a single event or game. Your sportsbook bet is determined by the type of picks you choose wheter it is a pointspread, game total, money line, run line, or puck line. Your pick must either win the game or event, or cover the spread depending on the type of bet you have chosen. Your payout depends on the odds of the pick you have chosen.
SBG Global offers the best parlay payouts in the industry, for every sport. A Parlay is a compound bet that includes two or more teams. All teams must cover in order to win your parlay bet. If one of your teams loses the entire parlay bet is lost.
The payout depends on the number of teams chosen to be included in your bet.

You choose two picks, they can be sides or totals. These are considered two straight bets based with a special condition. Your first bet has to win ONLY in order that you have action on the second bet. If your first bet wins, then the same amount as your initial wager can be placed on your second team. An If Win Only Bet also allows you to use your potential winnings on the second part of the If Win Only bet.
For example:
Pick |
Line | Odds | Risk | Win | Grade |
A) Toronto Raptors | -5 ½ | -110 | 110 | 100 | Win |
B) Ravens/ Buccaneers | OV35 ½ | -110 | 210 | 190 | Lose |
This is very similar to an If Win Only Bet. The difference is that you have action on the second bet if your first bet wins, ties or the first bet is cancelled. Additionally, you CANNOT use your potential winnings from the first bet to cover your second bet because of the tie or cancel possibility. However, you can risk more in your second bet than in your first bet provided you have the balance to cover the wager.
For example:
Pick | Line | Odds | Risk | Win | Grade |
A) T.B. Lightning | +1 | +125 | 100 | 125 | Push |
B) Warriors/ Hornets | UN179 | -110 | 100 | 90 | Lose |
Reverse bets are essentially two If Win, Tie or Cancel bets, the secon being in “reverse roder” than the first. You choose two picks, they can be sides or totals. If your initial bet wins, ties or is cancelled, then you will have action on your second bet. At the same time, if your second bet wins, ties or is cancelled, then you will have action on your initial bet. Essentially, you have created two straight bets. The amount of the reverse will be the amount of each straight bet. The maximum risk involved is twice the highest risk of your two bets. The maximum you can win is twice the winning amount of each pick you have chosen.*
For example:
2 Team Reverse for $500 | ||||||
Pick | Line | Odds | Risk | Win | Max Risk | Max Win |
A) Sacramento Kings | +6 ½ | -110 | 550 | 500 | 1200 | 2000 |
B) Marlins/ Cubs | UN 8 | -120 | 600 | 500
B) Marlins/ Cubs | UN 8 | -120 | 600 | 500
A) Sacramento Kings | +6 ½ | -110 | 550 | 500 |
Round Robins are multi-team compound bets that consist of sides or totals. You select between three and ten teams. These teams are then used to create as many two team parlay combinations as possible. The amount you bet is the amount that is risked on each two team parlay. If you bet $200 on 6 two team parlays, you are betting a total of $1200. If one of your teams in the Round Robin loses, then all parlays associated with that team also lose. In the case of a push with one of your teams, all parlays associated with that team become a straight bet. The risk on this straight bet is the same as the parlay. Each two team parlay has a 2.6/1 payout.
For example:
3 Team Round Robin | |||||||
Outcome | Teams | Line | Odds | Amount | Max.Risk | Max.Win | Total |
W | NY Giants | -3 ½ | -110 | $100 | $300 | $780 | $60 |
L | Chicago Bulls | +5 | -110 | $100
W | SD Chargers | -5 ½ | -110 | $100 |
